An overworked Priyanka finally bore the brunt of her thin figure as she was admitted to the hospital due to extreme exhaushtion.Her representative revealed, “She has been admitted to the hospital due to extreme exhaustion and an acute stomach infection. Though her condition is stable now, she has been kept under observation.“Priyanka has been working round the clock for a long time now. Week before last, she even fainted on the sets of What’s Your Rashee. Though director Ashutosh Gowariker announced pack up, Priyanka insisted on completing her shots. To add to it, the next day, despite her ill health. Priyanka performed at the Miss India pageant and soon after she returned to shoot for Ashutosh’s film. Finally on Saturday, she complained of stomach ache and had absolutely no strength to shoot. She was immediately taken to the hospital for a check up where she was admitted.”Priyanka’s father,Dr. Ashok Chopra, said, “She had fever and had been unwell for some time. We advised her to take a battery of tests and so she has been kept under observation. Though all her test reports are normal, she has been advised to take rest and to slow down her work schedule. We are leaving for a long family vacation, but Priyanka first wants to complete Ashutosh Gowariker’s film (first week of May). She’ll probably be discharged from the hospital today.”
